How long will it take for my order to ship?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over a specified amount. Shipping fees for smaller orders will be calculated at checkout.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact our customer service team to update your shipping address. Once shipped, we are unable to modify the address.

 

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Return & Exchange
What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all packaging intact.

 

How do I return an item?

Simply contact our customer service team for a return authorization. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

 

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes. Sale items, personalized products, and undergarments are non-returnable.

 

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to reflect the refund.
